Murmur terms of use

Murmur is licensed to you by LunaForge Pty Ltd, under Apple’s standard licensed application end user licence agreement, unless Apple lists a different agreement for Murmur in the App Store.

The free beta download on this website is licensed to you by LunaForge Pty Ltd for your own use, as is. Apple’s licence applies only to the App Store version.

• Recording is your responsibility. You must tell the people you record, and follow the law and your workplace’s rules where you and they are.
• Accuracy. Transcripts are produced by a speech model and can contain mistakes. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.
• Your transcripts are yours. We do not receive them, and we claim no rights in them.
• Consumer rights. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer law that cannot be excluded.
